Through his studies and internships with top rehabilitation and strength training experts, as well as functional medicine doctors, Sam Visnic has learned to integrate many performance and healing modalities into his practice with outstanding success.
Sam Visnic’s practice, Integrated Health Solutions LLC, is located in Redondo Beach, California, where he specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and designing Corrective Exercise Programs that produce results both in the rehabilitative and sports performance settings.
Sam specializes in designing health programs for a variety of needs, including difficult cases, and is a published speaker and author. Sam’s articles can be found amongst the pages of many online e-zines, as well as magazines such as Women’s Basketball, Volleyball Magazine, and Santa Barbara Fitness.
As an avid speaker, Sam speaks regularly at corporations such as Mattel, Sony, Toyota, and Xerox on topics such as Overcoming Back and Neck Pain, Hormonal Fitness, Foundational Health Principles, and Building a Balanced Body. His popular DVD series, End Your Back Pain Now!, uses a unique system that Sam has successfully implemented with hundreds of clients with chronic pain.
